    no, sorry. this issue is not applicable to Geforce cards at all, anyone with a geforce card experiencing issues is an isolated case and potentially either hardware related or specific to their setup.

    I have no such issues with my 680, there is no memory leak, i monitor all the memory usages on my system at all times using process explorer.

    With directx9, memory management is handled by the application telling the driver to do certain things (such as flush the gfx commit). It would likely be a bug in the AMD driver more so than the game given there is no problem for the majority of Geforce users.
