    The three most newest servers to be added to the game were brought in with the release of the PS4 version. These servers are Shinryu, Jenova and Zodiark.

    According to this old page on the Lodestone from earlier in the year about the PS4 Beta test, Jenova and Zodiark are NA servers (Zodiark is listed as a 'EU' server, but this is a misnomer - there are actually no physical European servers, as the only actual data centres for FFXIV are physically located in Tokyo Japan and Montreal Canada.).

    So either Jenova or Zodiark would be the newest NA server.
