How to clean Chocobo stable w/o Magicked Broom Brush?

In order to make this Magicked Broom the mats nearly cost over 2mil total not to mention it being a 2 star craft. If we try to buy 1 on the market it's 100k and we have to clean the stable very often. It'd be cheaper to just buy a new stable for 125k and replace it with a dirty poor condition...unless is there a way to clean the stable without this item?

my question is. is fair condition the max or does it go to good?

the reason i ask is when i first got my stable is was fair i trained my chocobo and got 7.5k exp. now the stable is poor and i get 5.5k exp. the drop isn't much and you can easily ignore cleaning it seeing the drop in exp isn't that big and it would be a whole lot cheaper.

It goes to good. When condition is good, the stables "sparkle."

Yes there is good condition. The stable starts to sparkle at that point and can't be cleaned again until condition decreases.

You need the stable broom not the magicked broom (which is just a minion). The stable broom sells for about 200k and can be crafted for less.

1 synth makes 20 brooms so several crafters are charging an arm and leg regardless.

Yep, any crafters that have ready access to the materials and the pattern will sell the materials AND the finished craft at some pretty ridiculous mark ups until more crafters and gardeners can get easier access to the mats. Unfortunately that means any FC that doesn't have a 2/3* crafter and an FC House are gated out of being able to Raise Chocobos at this point and time.

prices on servers are dependent on overall population and how old the server is. shiva is about the same with the 200k price the last time I looked, but compared to a legacy server everything is ridiculously expensive.

hmm so you think the exp would be like double poor rank and 25% better then fair? or maybe 50%?

i am just wondering about the exp. i am also no sure if it's affected by chocobo rank. like good could be 10k fair could be 7.5 then poor is 5k. (just an example)
