I'll just give you the basics and not convulute it with macros. In endgame as as a bard you pretty much always open with Straight Shot --> Venomous Bite --> Wind Bite.. From here you just spam heavy shot until your dots/ straight shot need to be reapplied.
One thing to note however is that you want to make sure you're always using Bloodletter / Straighter Shot procs the second they come up, with Bloodletter being used while your GCD is ticking.
Hope this helps you out a bit , there are a few macros I use to make my life easier and personally I think it's the better route to take, but this is the basicshope it helps.

ok so that what in doing now so im on the right path cool....so my next question it macros (WTH) idk what they are or how to set them up (im on a ps3)
and thank you for ur reply
Roll your face on the keyboard.
I'm not really sure how to pull up the menu on PS3 , but for PC if I hit escape it opens up a menu and says player macros or something like that.. pretty much it allows you to code your own hotkeys so that you can make them do more than a regular button would do? I guess is the best way to put it...
for example my straight shot macro
/micon "Straight Shot" <----- Makes the icon of the macro default to the straight shot icon so it shows me the global cooldown and TP cost instead of a filler image
/ac "Straight Shot" <t> <---- Uses the ability straight shot on your target /ac = ability cast <t> is the code for main target , putting quotes around the name of an ability specifies which ability you want to cast
/ac "Bloodletter" <t>
/ac "Misery's End" <t>
the last two lines are there for a very important purpose and order -does- matter. By allowing straight shot to be first on the macro, it guarantees that it will fire off straight shot , before casting blood letter or misery's end. The order of the next two is also key as by spamming the button, it'll default to use bloodletter while straight shot is on cool down, while taking priority over misery's end. Most people I know use misery's end on top of blood letter, but I only use that variant for PVP for quick kills. The difference with going with blood letter first is to get your proc used ASAP, because you may miss a proc if you don't. In the short run, misery's end priority is a DPS increase, but in the long run, it's definitely a loss considering the CD on misery's end, the window you can use the ability, and the chance that you could miss a bloodletter proc, this becomes even more prevalent when your crit rate gets to close to 40%.
400 dps on T8 on bard, people say it's not possible, but it definitely is.

Straight Shot -> All Buffs -> Wind Bite -> Venomous Bite
Then just spam "the one" macro and renew dots. But watch cooldowns and try to stack several buffs before applying dots
Thank you all for your reply!!!
i has really helped
I just want to add some of my 2 cents.
1. Don't apply all your buffs at once. This will kill your DPS. Rath, can you share your Buff order? Apply it like this for example:
[Internal Release] - Straight Shot - [Hawk's Eye] - Wind Bite - [Barrage] - Venomous Bite - [another buff] - Heavy Shot - ....
Just spam Heavy shot until you get a Straight Shot proc or Straight shot, wind bite, and venom bite are about to expire.
2. As a BRD/ARC, 30%-40% of your damage comes from the Auto Attack. Make sure you face the enemy at all times. This is especially important when moving. Practice using lock-ons for strafing when moving. This will pay off greatly.
just curious as to why you have this on straight shot and not heavy shot. Straight shot you only use with procs and to keep the buff applied so you won't be spamming that button.
