SE, please remove crafting mats from main boss chests.

Nothing screams accomplishment after beating a boss like getting two flasks of water.

Square Enix, please remove these crafting materials from main boss chests and put them into the side chests that contain all of those useless potions, ethers and elixirs. Getting an entire set of the new gear from these dungeons is like finding a needle in a haystack at this point.

I understand that this gear will be mostly used for vanity at this point since mythology is so easy to come by, but come on, at least make the main boss chests drop gear and not materials that sell for pennies.

As much as I hate the crafting drops. The two replies above me literally made my night.

Yeah, getting mostly Filtered Water in Tam-Tara HM was really awful.

First boss: Cuffs of the Divine Light - Nice
Second Boss: Filtered Water x2 - Oh :/
Final Boss: Filtered Water - Urgh >:I

its probably yoshi-p's new dungeon slogan : "Please drink forward to it"


but to go with the topic, sometimes mets are nice like hardened sap and peacock ore, but filters water and void sent blood are so common thanks to these dungeons they have dropped from a decent price to below selling at NPC price (at least on blaming)

Whenever I run one of the new dungeons I'm happy just getting a gear drop never-mind what class it's for! Better than getting some water/blood/minium....

My freecompany mates were complaining about this the other day when we were running the new dungeons and trying to get some drops for a healer who was new to being 50. Ran the whole dungeon and we got one gear item to drop on the final boss.. I get it the greens aren't that grand but why make new gear sets that could be good stats to a new 50 if they will never drop or the odds of them dropping against the crafting mats .. The extra chests can drop the mats by all means.
