Suggestion for Hunt and countering the use of 3rd party Radar

My idea is to make the Elite Marks invincible for 5 min after they spawned.
And/or Make them super strong at the beginning, with reducing the strength every 5 min.
That way people will have a chance to find ,get to it and fight the Marks, even if groups of people using iellegal tools to find the Hunt as soon as it spawns.

In FFXI there was a system where mobs could temporarily not be claimed, though it was very short. Perhaps a zonewide announce for S rank, or a faster spawn rate for B and A. There's any number of ways they could address our problem, the hope is that they will /some/ way.

No, ban the cheaters. Cheaters will cheat, rules shouldn't need to be changed to accommodate their cheating.

my suggestion is to give the reward of hunt kills per person that spawn to kill it forcing people to wait afor the bigger reward.

Why don't just make all mobs that shows up on radar as Lalafell.

I posted a bit ago a way to stop/slow down the ones using the app to track mobs, but it seems the SE mods didnt like me posting the (non-SE) names of the ones who made the app so that SE could get ahold of him (the way the creator said to get rid of an app feature) as I got an email about violating the User Agreement a bit ago in relation to the post (which had only the GitHub names of the creator, and what parts the person made).
