Hotbar Question for PVP Skills

So I'm liking Frontlines a lot so far but I haven't been able to assign my PVP skills to hotkeys because there are so many. Is there anyway we can set PVP skills to change with each class? For example every time we switch classes, the hotkeys change because those skills can't be used for that class. How come this does not work for PVP skills?
I know that cross skills like Purify remain usable for all jobs but job specific skills don't change with the job

Not based on gear set, but a good work around is copying the crossbar sets between your Job (i.e. Bard) and Class (Archer) which you presumably don't use without soulstone anymore. I have me macro called PVE and one called PVP and it copies Archer to Bard and Arcanist to Summoner at the same time since those are the two classes I've used so far. Something else I experimented with- I use crossbar 7 to store gearset icons and it's set to shared. I copied a crossbar to ACN 7 and confirmed that when I swapped to ACN I saw the shared crossbar info and not what I had just copied, but that's ok because it still let me copy that from ACN 7 back to a non-shared SMN bar. In otherwords it was hidden behind the scenes. So you should be able to use all 8 crossbars for the classes you don't use to store off PVP and PVE crossbar setups... you just need to set it up somewhere that's customizable first and then move it there.
