The Unending Journey: missing cutscenes

I was just poking through my journal in the inn, and as far as I can tell, I am missing some cutscenes for playback. My main Scenario quests now start at lv 5 (Lurkers in the grotto) instead of with the beginning cutscenes. Is this a bug or do our logs delete after we've reached a certain point?

I just checked the Unending Journey, and it turns out for some reason the opening cutscenes have been moved in the 2.3 patch, - they're no longer listed under 'Main Scenario', now they are found listed under 'Side Quests' and the nation you started in (for instance, I found my starting cutscene under 'Side Quests - Gridanian Quests'). Why the change? Only Square Enix knows.

But in any event, the cutscenes haven't been lost, they've just been moved into under a different section of the Unending Journey.

The cut scenes I was looking for in particular are the ones involving Edda after the tamtara deepcroft and copperbell mines. (Her whole start of darkness thing) I assumed that they would be under The Lominsan Envoy, and into a copper hell. but they're missing from both. On that note,under into a copper hell I have the same cutscene for two different Nations. (I'm Lominsan, but I also have the cutscene that plays if I were Ul'dahn.) I think someone done goofed.

Yeah the cutscene organization is kind of a pain imo (lol I had to go through quite a few of them recently) The cutscene you're looking for is under ul'dah sidequests called "Corpse Groom" Sadly, they only save the part after copperbell. I SOO wanted the part where you talk to him for the first time, because of the little easter egg XD

That part is for the new stuff for Tam Tara HM, I think the OP is wanting the cutscenes for when you first meet Edda in the main story line where her party goes into Tam Tara (NM) and come back unable to beat it (with Avvere dead). I wanted to watch those CS's too cause of the new Tam.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a fair number of CSs that are not available in the journal.

I'm also going to check this out this evening. But wouldn't they all be under side quests? I got them all as well, even though I started off as GLA; I went through CNJ and saw them through that story line. I.e., I think they'll be found under class quests or something.

I'm missing over 50% of my cutscenes. Only main story, Hildibrand, Job/Class and other main story plots. Everything else is gone.
