Half damage is still damage that your getting out with rarely missing a strike. Add that with BRDs higher crit rate and it doesn't seem like much of an issue.
BRD is not even the main issue. It is the healers. At current stage, I might as well just play WHM and go solo harass both side's outpost, because literally, no one can win against WHM in 1 v 1.
