CNJ/WHM/SCH- No regen stacking

Weaken heals a bit (-50 potency? Idk I'm not sure how the whole potency thing works)

Lustrate on 5 second cooldown (tanks getting back 150% hp in 6 seconds sucks but is funny)

I guess make fairies heals a bit less potent? saw someone complain about it and yeah a SCH throwing Bio2 Miasma 2 Miasma and Bio then running around because fairies will heal them seems broken a bit in a 1v1 (yes i know its team based but 1v1s do happen)

Those are just my good (in my thought process anyways) ideas that I think would work for PvP only. Would like to hear anyone else's ideas (except BRDs because I hate you people).
PS: somewhat sorry for the post(I'm not if you're a BRD and I have a quite a few in-game BRD "friends")
