Personal rooms idea

I would like to see a guestbook implemented for rooms and houses. Would also be nice if visitors could leave you a short message.

I'd like the ability to choose who and who can't access your room...a basic mechanic in all other games with housing. It's also ridiculous having to make a new rank for new members, without housing access whilst they are recruits, housing is something every guildie should be able to participate in, and now we have to look mean to new members because SE decreed that if they have a room they can't be kicked!!!!!

What about those members who don't log in for over 100 days?...if they have a room you can't have a "clear out" of inactive members and slowly the roster will become bogged down with redundant members who can't be kicked as they have a room.
