True. But if the WHM is disabled in any sort of way (sleep, stun, silence, etc.) unless you've precasted a regen or a medica II you are not healing anything while you are disrupted. Disrupting the SCH is however less effective, EOS will keep healing. So what you gain from one side you lose it from the other.
