it just me or Mnk so weak vs DRG

if the dragoon is good, you will never get the position right, more important if you loose the sight for attack for 6 second... no more GL. monk is by far one of the weakest class in pvp. indeed they have powerfull debuff but is not enough for counter the fact that they have a damage ridiculous and no burst.

ps: i do hope the ninja will not be as much based on the positioning... because god, position in pvp it's really a disadvantage.

BRDs. I just can't take them. I can slow them, sprint, and stun them, yet they still somehow constantly smack me around with their arrows. Infuriating!

O_o I've had very little problems with BRD as a MNK. All I've been doing is using the speed boost from fist of wind to position myself, switch to fist of earth, and initiate the combo's on them. Once they start their backflip I've had enough luck to get the dash in before the root takes place (or they get trigger happy and don't get far enough for the root to matter) and proceed to stick on them.

In team fights I've learned to forget damage as mnk and go for my strengths. Constantly removing buffs with one ilm punch, and silencing with arm of the destroyer, it doesn't lead to personal kills or much damage but the harass is clearly noticeable in how fast white mages die big fights.

However, if there was one that I absolutely hated to fight it would be SCH. They just don't die ,_,

Bard. Th fact that I can bind them and they can still target me is ridiculous. Not only that but when they are running away and still shooting. I feel their character should be facing someone for the entire cast time of a weaponskill or something.

I hated bards in pve.... Screw them in pvp, they are like roaches. So many and they never die lol

BLMs are pretty scary if people let them freecast or if they have cooldowns up, since they can take you from 100% to 0% in about four seconds. They go down quite easily when people actually attack them, however.

Summoners are, as usual, still annoying as shit. The very potent healing debuff and the heavy DoT pressure they can spread around, along with some stupidly potent burst if they have all cooldowns available (Raging Strikes, apply DoTs, witheraethericburstfesterenkindleenergydrain dead) makes them incredibly dangerous. Scholar doesn't have the burst, but they of course have great heals and can still apply decent DoT pressure, with Adloquium really helping them to complete casts more easily. A decent SCH can kill almost anything 1v1 without too much trouble, even if it takes a little while.

Both healers, by MILES, SCH probably coming on top. BRD...? xD are you guys serious? I can take 2 BRDs with my SCH with both hands tied to my back. The most overpowered classes by far are both healers, and when I mean by far it's..............BY FAR. I haven't lost a single 8v8 in a flag when we had 3-4 healers in the same group, it's literally impossible (unless they are the 4 worst healers in the entire planet which still hasn't happened in none of my games). Meanwhile, DPS and tanks are just...how was it? Fresh meat.

I have an average of 50-60k dmg and 120k heals in every match as a SCH. You can't match that with anything.

God this +10. I love being SCH. I was one on one with a Bard who kept attacking me for 0 for 30 seconds thinking he stood a chance of killing me. After 30 seconds Aetherflow was ready again. I popped Cleric's Stance and blasted him with 6 Ruin 2s and 6 Energy Drain and killed him in about eight seconds... He stood no chance. He still didn't take a single hit point off either.

This thread is insightful if people say SCH doesn't have Burst damage. The only people I haven't killed with the above method is tanks.

And this. Great damage, great heals. Not uncommon to go over 200k on a flag camp run. Vast majority of people don't know how to take a Scholar down. It's fun, right?

Stun spamming and Spirits Within; coupled with Full Swing with enhanecment III makes you the perfect healers bane. The DPS isn't all that bad either. =]

You would never kill me as a Paladin ever. You've come against some poor Scholars if you think you're Healer's Bane.
