    perhaps you think GM do nothing but they were actually working on and it take some work and some time to be sure they use a 3rd program .

    ^^This. Just because you reported the problem doesn't mean the devs can wave a magic wand and problem solved.
    It's a fair assumption to say they will be monitoring people who've been reported so they can study their activity and work on a fix.
