Regarding hunts and third party program's,

Dear SE
Please do not let this become another XI where people use 3rd party apps to make sure they get full credit,
People are actively bragging in shout now that they are using a certain app
I have no issues with competition, it's a hunt, not my own personal kill fest, however I do take issue to the fact people are able to cheat their way in to making sure they get it.
Do not let this pass without notice, take action and ban all those involved from playing the fantastic game you created,
If the player base knows a permanent ban will happen for it, they will most likely think twice, but your lack of action since it was implemented is making them think otherwise.
I know I will be banned from for this, which is a shame because I truly love the game,
Hell I'm subscribed for beyond this year, but their comes a time when you need to stand up

They already are letting people get away with it. I've complained three times in all the correct channels about a certain individual who has been bragging about it, but they haven't even looked into it. The player is still getting ahead unfairly, while bragging about it, and I was just told to stop wasting their time.

I'm sure they have number crunchers trying to figure out how many subs they will loose from people quitting over them not doing anything about this type of stuff, and another group of them figuring up how many people are cheating for personal gain. They will probably have a meeting to discuss if it is more profitable to ban the cheaters, or just let the people that will quit just quit.

You shouldn't get a ban for this but you may get a warning for stating specific people's names.
Personally what I would do is put in a report. Copy/paste their quotes and whether SE will do anything or not we will find out.
However I think they do deserve a ban for exploiting 3rd party programs to get an unfair advantage.

What exactly did their 3rd party program do to make it possible for them to solo the S rank? I know that people are using teleport bots to get there instantly but they'd still most likely have other people come and assist.
I haven't seen any that make it possible to solo but I wouldn't doubt it. I remember people who used to exploit stuff back in 1.0 to be able to solo level 99 mobs without any chance of dying.

@falcus, they took down the tree S in sylph lands before anyone even got credit for it, they bragged about how they have addons that make it impossible to die, I know i will get a ban or a warning for it, but honestly I'm at the point of thinking, you know what, I love the game, and want to play but why should I let someone get away with this.
I did report it and got told to send in a bug report, this is not a bug...

You do at least have a screen shot of him admitting it right? This should be obvious and I shouldn't even have to point this out but if you don't have at least that, then you're just wasting their time. Even if you do have that, the best SE can do is give him a warning because people do joke and troll about this stuff so a screenshot of him saying it is not hard proof. And its not easy to detect 3rd party programs without causing trouble or inconvenience to the players, if it was, SE would had done it long ago. SE is a very large company so I'm 99% sure they have people who know about this stuff more than any of you do; if they haven't done anything to detect this program, it can't be a simple issue.

He is likely not teleport hacking cuz I know SE banned a bunch of people for doing that. I'm not sure if SE monitored these people or if they actually detected it though. Anyways if you have a screenshot of him admiting it then I'm 99% sure he would had been banned if he was doing something as obvious as teleport hacking.
