This is FFXIV. We say Mule or Alt. We never use toon. I say this in regards to you not knowing. In the case you use 'toon" in game, guaranteed shit will be spoken.

Yes.. I remember if anyone said toon in ff11 people thought it was the worst thing ever. Kind of silly but then again calling stuff toons is semi-lame.
