    That's true for some content but the hardest content in the game requires full main stat for tanking until there is suitable gear to lessen the beneficial effects of a large hp pool.

    Many parties are clearing SCoB with STR spec tanks though, so "requires" is an excessively strong word to use in this situation. Maybe "recommended"?

    That is not the hardest content is it? Savage mode is, and requires full vit to survive. Even dps and healers are wearing melded vit and tank accessories just to survive.
