    Honestly, there's a lot of people willing to help out there...all you need to do is ask for it. Just be straight forward if you are new to a dungeon/trial/raid, etc. Also, be open to any and all advice people have for you, even if they come across as being a bit of a jerk. Ignore the...winners, as well, and keep going forward.
