Thread name: Slow Chocobo Running Speed

    Hello,

My chocobo runs about 25% slower than all other players' chocobos/mounts (which all run the same speed).

I noticed this months ago when I first started playing. I originally thought it was because I was a lalafell so I had a smaller chocobo with smaller legs so it made sense to me that it would run slower. However I have now seen many a lalafell pass me as well.

Honestly this has not bothered me very much until this patch because now I am frequently unable to reach "the hunts" in time to get credit for the kill. Too many people pass me while I'm running and inevitably someone pulls and kills the monster (while I'm still running there) for fear that if too many people gather they will not be able to get enough hits on the monster in order to receive full credit for the hunt kill. I literally have missed out on 400 - 500 allied seals (and of course the myth that goes along with that, maybe 1600-2000?) because of this issue.

I put in a ticket to the help desk in game but I haven't received any indication that it was read. Please help me on this as this would be a major reason for me to not subscribe or play this game anymore even though I love it so much.

    Thanks!

    Regards,
    Manwe

What's your FPS? I had the same problem on my old PC, but it went away when I bought a new PC with a better graphics card. Old PC FPS was about 7, new one around 40. LS asked how I was even playing to which I responded "Not in dungeons where you have to dodge!"
