S-rank hunt thread

We need a thread to keep track of S-rank hunts (so we don't waste time trying to spawn them when the respawn timer isn't finished). Post the mob name along with the date and time here and I'll keep it updated. If from NA, just post the time with timezone. If from Europe or Asia, just use GMT. All times will be entered in PST/PDT and month-day-year format. Also, if you could put the weather conditions and Eorzean time to help figure out the requirements for spawning the mobs that we are unsure about that would be great too.
