I don't know about these 'other botting programs' but they are clearly giving them an advantage over everyone else.

The third-party-program that shall not be named on the Official Forums cannot detect mobs that are more than 20-30 feet outside of your character's normal vision range. The creator of the third party program that shall not be named has confirmed that you cannot see farther than that without accessing server data. Accessing server data would trip a red flag nearly immediately.

That isn't to say that the third party program that shall not be named isn't an unfair advantage, but it cannot do what you are describing and it has been confirmed that what it does is the limits of what can be done with client-side data.

We *really* shouldn't be talking in detail about these technical specifics here so I'm not going to say much more, sorry.
