    I read it and understood, but any additional bonus regardless if it is morale or determination would have a detremental effect on frontlines for the reasons I mentioned. People would get bored of playing and loosing all the time to people that have a distinct stat advantage. Regardless of their methods of obtaining their gear, it would have the same result of driving the casual player/new people away because it simply wont be fun.

    With the current balance its fun for everyone and wins are all based on Skill, Strategy and Coordination!

    I think the only way to resolve this would be to introduce some more smaller scale PVP content where the gear is relevant again or create 2 queues in the DF for frontlines, one where PVP gear stats work and one where they dont.

    I don't think you understand. It wouldn't be an ADDITIONAL bonus at all. Currently, Morale, which is on all PvP gear, is 100% useless for Frontlines. Morale takes the place of another stat for PvP gear. That means that, in Frontlines, PvP gear is missing a stat altogether when compared to PvE gear of the same item level. This thread isn't about getting an advantage in PvP gear, it's about making PvP gear just as good as PvE gear of the same item level in Frontlines.

    Currently, PvE gear has that stat advantage that you're arguing against. We just want it balanced out for Frontlines.

    And really, if there's some concern about us bringing i100 PVP gear into PVE content? They already have gear syncing and altering stats when you go into frontlines. They already have gear with conditional stat bonuses (hello GC Gear!)

    Make the stats on PVP gear conditional.
    Like So:
    While in Frontlines, Swansgrace has bonus Spell Speed.
    This doesn't take effect anywhere else. And that's it. Just add stat buffs equivalent to their PVE counterparts.
    Now PVP gear is as good as PVE gear in frontlines only. It's functionaly exactly the same as it's always been in PVE and Arena PVP - subpar to PVE gear and way too OP for Arena pvp.
