Steps:
1. Purchased a Reagan Pepper from the Hunt Billmaster for 20 Seals
2. Used Reagan Pepper to reset my chocobo's abilities (Name: Aqvila) from 9 healer 3 attacker 2 defender back to 0/10.
3. Raised the chocobo's abilities to 10/10 defender and received the paladin barding automatically.
4. Purchased a second Reagan Pepper via the same method in step 1.
5. Used the Reagan Pepper (resetting points a second time) and then spec'd the chocobo to 10/10 healer, but this time I was not rewarded appropriate barding (WHM Barding)
6. Contacted in game support, who acknowledged it was an in-game bug and advised to report it here
