Why not a normal boom to clean stables?

What needs to be done about this is that unless the thing is in use it stays clean.

I don't even put a bird in there and the damn thing gets messed up? I just don't see how that's possible unless I have some hobo sleeping in there at night.

Also if I use it like a few times I can see it getting messy but with no use and no chocobo in the stable like I said I don't see why it's getting messed up.

Those houses don't have bathrooms. Your FCmates need to go somewhere when they stay over night.

The three exp gains are:
Poor - 0.6% of exp cap at current level
Fair - 0.8% of exp cap at current level
Good - 1.0% of exp cap at current level

Unfortunately, these numbers no longer hold true once you start leveling your chocobo above rank 10.
To reach rank 11 requires 1,458,000 experience.
The experience values I've seen for feeding so far at rank 10 are
Good - 13,120 (~.9%)
Fair - 10,496 (~.72%)
Poor - xxxx (~.54%)
My theory is that chocobos above rank 10 suffer a 10% experience penalty when training unless you have established a favorite food type for them , and use it.
My chocobo has no favorite, and I've been using Krakka so far. If I get a favorite food set, I'll come back and update.

Edit: Rank 11 working on 12 now. Also, people have told me that 'Favorite Foods' give no bonus when training, only when used in the field while summoned.
