    Not that it may help much, but Waterproof Cotton can also be obtained from The Lone Ripper, fished up in Halfstone during gales. Got one on a desynth.

    They're ilvl1 swimsuits, why should they be as difficult or more difficult to obtain as a BiS item is?

    because vanity lasts for eternity while every piece of ilvl 110 and higher will be outdated soon

    Guy says this is a good thing for fishers to make some gil and that makes him need psychiatric help? That's absurd...maybe even so absurd as to show a need for psychiatric help.
