AGree. Just make them scale depending on the amount of players that are near the hunt. 10 players, buff pops up 2x attack/hp. 20 players, 4x. 30 players, 6x. People might actually die to a hunt which along side the added HP will make the fight longer and maybe, just maybe may give us a challenge.

Is that really so hard for SE to implement?
