Cannot complete quest "Road to Redemption"

I was told that the only way I could receive help to fix this issue was for me to post here, even though I told them this issue had been repeatedly posted about here before. I apologize, but the help from support has been very frustrating, just very bad. I hope you can help so I may continue the main questline.

Issuing NPC Location: [Coerthas Central Highlands] Dragonhead
Quest Location: Steel Vigil
Server: Jenova

In the quest, you must aid Francel's knights. I aided all three, but when I aided the second (I do not recall the name) he disappeared after interaction and I did not receive credit. I am now unable to complete the quest or reset it to try again. The quest just says, "Aid Francel's knights. 2/3".


Please Help!
