Yeah... I've got this odd feeling that one of the update notes after tonight's maintenance may be "fixed issue wherein Oil of Time and Sands of Time were dropping in Syrcus Tower."

We plan to introduce them within the 2.3x series of patches. The exact timing will depend on everyone's average item level as well as progression. But we don't intend to hold them out until 2.4 or anything.

For the last boss, there's also an additional chance of a 4th treasure chest appearing that you can roll on with no lockouts. In exchange you will need to roll against all 23 other players.
