Can somebody remind me what's the reason to do first part of the CT again?
I kinda love that we have these 2 raids in the game but every time I go into the labyrinth I'm kinda like "why am I here again?" I wish the tomes were a bit more plentiful given the massive time investment from somebody who already has all the CT gear.

We plan to introduce them within the 2.3x series of patches. The exact timing will depend on everyone's average item level as well as progression. But we don't intend to hold them out until 2.4 or anything.

For the last boss, there's also an additional chance of a 4th treasure chest appearing that you can roll on with no lockouts. In exchange you will need to roll against all 23 other players.

Yet i got locked out when i won the oil.

They planned to leave oil for later, but plans change, they added them now instead.

Oil and UAT come from your team chest, not 4th chest, the 4th chest contains the minion and/or Xande's gem (used to craft Xande's Throne) and has no weekly lockout.

The live Q&A was on June 10, then the digest was posted on June 23, then sometime between that date and before patch came out they decided to add oil.

Oil comes from the same chest as the gear drop, and the notice above the loot pop-up even says only one piece of gear or enhancing item per week. The 4th chest, if it appears, only has a material or minion; those have no lock-out.

Except the oil isn't in the extra chest. Minion and crafting item is.
