I could point out a few things that may work better only cause they do exist...sadly they're locked behind GC and job...lol they still did good though.

Looks like either the Cloud boots or Starlight boots with the Leonhart chest (Veteran reward 14) and then maybe the underwear/shorts from the Yukata event items. Plus glasses for the face.

It would have worked better if they actually cosplay as the female cuz that cosplay would look better as a male Character

Here's my attempt at Issun, from Okami. The headgear is...hard since there isn't any kind of bug-like helmet :P the new vietnamese one can be dyed green to better match but it's very costly at the moment. Neither is there a paintbrush sword! Nevertheless:
