The glasses are the "Classic Spectacles" (low level goldsmith craft)
The jacket is the Leonhart-jacket (last veteran reward) dyed green
No hands, as far as I can tell.
The legs are a bit more difficult to guess - could be one of the garo-event panties, some of them are rather short for female characters (namely the ones for healers, casters, ranged dps and monk); The "Lady's Knickers" that came from a Moonfire-Event (forgot which one) are also highly likely.
My guess on the boots is that they're the "High Summoner's Boots" (part of the Yuna-outfit from the FanFest or buying a FanFest-stream)

You're correct on the shorts, it's the makai stuff. I checked just now, as for the lady knickers, that was the moonfaire in 2015.

Looks like either the Cloud boots or Starlight boots with the Leonhart chest (Veteran reward 14) and then maybe the underwear/shorts from the Yukata event items. Plus glasses for the face.

This isn't me, but someone I saw running around in Ul'Dah. They said it wasn't intentional, but they resemble 9S from nier automata SO MUCH! Tell me I'm wrong!
