What I wore was:

• Weathered Spear (it's slimmer than Azuras, but the only one with a fairly similar shape)
• Thavnairian Turban
• Thavnairian Bustier
• Serpentskin Armguards of Maiming (actually had to level DRG to 60 for this cosplay because of these..xD)
• Thavnairian Tights / Dragonlancer's Cuissots (the second is not in the gif/screenshot, but I used it when I wanted to highlight the side on which Azura's leg is dressed. Aoidos' Tights (BRD) would be perfect, but then you can't use DRG weapons and gloves anymore)
• Summer Sandals (FFXIV does not allow us to go barefooted so I used the sandals that overlap the most with my scales so they don't draw too much attention).

The effect in the GIF is Blood of the Dragon.
The rest is mainly just finding poses within emotes that look fairly similar to what you are going for, because the same pose as the original highlights the similarities over the differences

With all the fuss over the new maid outfits, I thought it was a good timing for Rem&Ram from Re:Zero :P I honestly think the Valentione Aprondress was a better match.

Btw that headband they are wearing with the flowers in it would be an excellent future use of the new flower growing thing. One flower in your hair is nice, but a headband with many flowers is better

Honestly, it's not perfect yet. The Eikon Cloth Sleeves of Healing would be a better choice for the arms but are still WAY too expensive,
and Crescent Moon Bottoms would be a better choice as pants, but then I'd need overknee boots who dye well to pure white, and I couldn't find any :x
(Eso ones hide the pants as well so they kinda defeat the purpose).

So consider it a work in progress but I'm still happy I finally did her
