Left dungeon - locked out from full party queueing?!

So I left a party. I was fully justified, the party was absolutely toxic. But now I'm locked out from entering a dungeon with a party fully formed (three friends from my FC and me) before joining the duty finder! What in the seven hells is going on here? I thought the lockouts only affected finding a random party with the duty finder? If this is by design, then it is complete BS, and I want it fixed.

So while you were in a random DF party your FC said they wanted you so you bailed on the DF and don't want to be punished? This was added in 2.3 to help prevent things like this.

Glad this happened in all honesty. Defeats the purpose of having an abandon duty feature if someone is gonna leave and not have the penalty.

Someone earlier today asked if the main scenario we were helping new people with was a speed run. I said no then he asked for us to kick him. Three of us said no, you want to leave, accept the penalty xD
