    will personal housing be a instanced building or like the FC housing?

    I was wondering if the personal housing would be instanced like FFXI or if it'd be like the FC housing wards? I would personally like to see it like the FC wards, with the size choices of plots/houses and walk around the ward and greet neighbors.

    Actually it would be horrible, imagine setting wards up for several thousand players per server.
