    ramuh tank ring

    is it good for SCoB? i read that the noct earings are better than high allagan and i noticed that the ramuh tank ring is pretty much the same thing as the noct earing so i figured it'd be better than my noct/weathered noct ring combo for raids. am i wrong?

    oh yeah i know, my bad about not mentioning ilvl lol. the stats are 18vit, 12acc, 17crit for ramuh ring i think, weathered noct is 18vit,12 parry, 17 acc
