PvP gear, strangely enough, as at a major disadvantage because morale is not factored into Frontlines and so that 4th stat is missing. This means that pretty much any PvE piece of the same level will beat the PvP equivalent.

It's designed to not work on purpose. Because it creates a gap between those who have it and who don't.

On a similar note, do I need to have leveled up in PvP before trying Frontlines?
Just I never really got into the Wolves Den, played a few rounds after 2.1 came out but my Warrior was useless thanks to Sleep magic (seriously why was that allowed!) so I didnt play again.

    I'm PvP rank 2 0_o
My current PvE iLevel is ilv85, wearing all i90 gear/accessories with an i65 weapon - would that be ok for Frontlines?

Main thing is for Frontline is to stay with your group and position properly. Sure you should probably get a il80 weapon at least to be optimal but really if you don't tell anyone and you group well and move to points when needed it'll be ok.

Oh and yeah don't worry about your rank but definitely read over your pvp skills and use them in battle as they can make or break encounters very quickly.

And for the love of god make sure you put Purify on your crossbars somewhere. That thing is a Twelve-send.

Haha yeah I was planning on continuing Relic Reborn soon anyway, also maybe taking on Garuda HM see if her weapon drops. Thanks for advice on that, didnt want to go in there blind as I havent done the big group content yet (Coil, Crystal Tower).
