Hello, Balmung!

Currently Unity has slightly more people than necessary to field a full raid group, but we're trying something a bit different here. Our current raid group runs Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30PM to 8:30PM (Pacific Time) and has recently cleared Turn 5. This raid group is working on Leviathan EX at the moment, but will likely spend some time farming Syrcus Tower as well. I am not sure exactly how long it'll be before the raid leader, Samlyn, decides to take the group into 2nd Coil, but I suspect it will be very soon!

Additionally, Aeriyn will begin raid-leading a second group once we get at least two more people interested! This raid group will be a "competitive" group with the stated goal of clearing Turn 9 before patch 2.4 hits, though don't feel too sad if we fail, it's just something to shoot for!

Item level is less important than attitude! Unity is seeking members who would fit well with our group--as an LGBT safe-space company, there are certain obvious behaviors that would be considered unacceptable. Ultima Shard, in addition, is intended to be a more competitive raid group and will have a leadership style reflecting that. We're looking for people who have both the desire and the skill to do well in progression raiding, so the ability to stay cheerful and keep trying even after several wipes is important. If you've got the attitude, we can get you the gear to go with it.
