In the long run, A-rank for weekly would be best.
On those you can at least get in a few hits/spells before they're dead, actually giving you a chance to get enough contribution.
In the long run when less people are doing the hunts, A-rank is easier to get people for. Of course, by then it might be more worthwhile to actually go down to B-rank for the weekly.

The daily marks need a buff in how many allied seals you get though... 7 a day, and that's supposed to be for casuals... meaning 5 weeks to get enough seals to buy one book towards sand/oil... rewards here should be increased so that it's possible to buy one book per week.

Sands/oil is not exactly considered a casual progression item yet. They're raider items still, and it's a huge mistake to think of them as otherwise lol. What is considered a casual progression item is the myth gear, which you could obtain from just doing 3-5 days worth of hunts... and this is assuming you ignore all the tome acquisition content.

They need way way more HP and/or defense, it's sad that some FATEs die much slower than elites, not very elite at all. I mean technically FATEs and hunts are similar, the difference being FATEs are designed as casual friendly content and elites can spawn anywhere on the area and not just in the same blue circle. Even if arguably hunts are as casual as FATEs, which they kinda are, elites should be harder and last at least as long if not longer than FATEs.

Lol this is quite hillarious honestly....getting a bill to kill Lutin or Rongeur in Coerthas takes longer than any NM and they award you 2 seals.....trolling level over 9000

Ffs SE just make elite hunt targets similar to the difficulty of the cyclops in the eyes have it fate in coerthas.
Honestly that boss seems like a legit elite NM as it has a good chunk of hp and can technically dish out 5-6k damage with brutal swing even to an unsynced player ( i100 level 50 non tank class ).
Or take it to the next step and make it as strong as odin and behemoth as they literally do require more than a party of 1.
    Cuz i thought yoshi mentioned
" it might be even wise to call for help when facing these marks" etc.
    no such thing here?
