    I recently started playing XI.
    It actually reminds me a LOT of the XI Missions. Super vague indications of what to do, just leaves you to figure it out. I enjoy that.

    The joy in doing it is my reward, personally.

    I haven't tried it yet, but if it works in the sense that you really do need to pay attention to what the NPC says to figure out what to do next and complete the quest, then that's really awesome. Hopefully we'll get a chain of quests like this in the future.
