Is there any way you can make glamours connect to the class/job and not the gear?

I adore the SMN look and coat, but I dislike the weathered caster body because what it does to my tail. Because of this, the glamour that I put for my BLM makes my SMN look exactly the same. If I glamour my SMN coat my BLM default's to the weathered and I can't do anything about it except glamour something both can wear... then I'm back to them looking exactly the same.

I noticed you can dye something that is glamoured but it will not change on other job/classes (EX: I wear my crafting glasses on my WHM which I colored white, but on my crafter they are still green even though they are the same piece.) so can you please make this work for the look of gear too~!

To add do this, do you plan on making gear job specific instead of cross-job gear design outside of AF gear?
