How do you plan to address the increasing number of different weapon drops with the addition of new classes/jobs with 2.4 and the expansion.
Perhaps going to a drops that permanently changes to a weapon you chose, or favoring jobs present for the drop chance.
As this is patch 2.3 now and we still don't have addons. Any Idea as to when we will get them.
With the announcement of Rogue/Ninja; many players have already begun to speculate what the secondary job for Rogue will be.
Question: Would it be possible for you to give us an idea of what the secondary jobs of the current classes will be? So that we may look forward to it, as you like to say.
Have you decided on when and how the fight against Bahamut will play out? If so, do you already have plans on threats after Bahamut, or will the battle against Bahamut be held off until the game's end of development?
Any chance to give all male races to have more beard style instead of hair style. I hate that my Roe having a short beard... I want my long and manly beard!
Will you be changing the hunt system and when will player marriage be implemented?
As new races come out, will we be allowed to play as these new races by using a phantasia potion or will all new races be NPC only?
Also, will we eventually see new "base" character creation options(face type/ear type/tail type) on existing races?
What are your plans for the first expansion release and how often will we see them (every 2 years, etc)? How will the expansion differ in terms of content vs. the patches?
Also, when will we see Ishgard and other new zones?
Plus, are there any plans to increase the level cap? In FFXI, it went from 50 to 75 then many years later to 99? Can we expect the same thing for FFXIV? What is the current plan of progression for lvl cap increase?

My question is a follow-up to this question posed by Bluegartr in their E3 interview with Producer/Director Yoshida.
The current class/job system feels like a remnant from version 1.0 and it feels like perhaps a drastic change is needed. Is the development team still open to making drastic changes to the game much like those that were made during the late stages of version 1.0 ? If so, what sort of changes, specifically to the class/job system, are you considering, ?Originally Posted by Bluegartr Interview
BG: Last year when Scholar was introduced at E3, it was mentioned that it would branch off from the same class as Summoner, and this would be a mechanic that would be used more, but it has yet to happen for any other class. You haven’t announced anything yet, but are there any other plans to introduce anything like this? For example, another swordsman besides Paladin?
Yoshi-P: Well, we need to look into this and whether we want to keep that plan, it’s something we have to consider as we add new jobs and classes. One of the more difficult things with the system is that when a job is derived from a class, it's tied to the class's actions. Also, when we make multiple jobs from one class, the weakness with having multiple jobs branch out of one class without being able to freely switch stats around is exposed. This wasn’t a problem initially because both of those jobs were simultaneously added and it was planned from the start, but now we have to carefully think about this. One thing we could consider, for example, is a hybrid job derived from more than one class, but it may change depending on what we want to add. The number of jobs will increase even further with 3.0 (the expansion pack), and at that point we might decide on an entirely new mechanism, so please hang on for further details.
