[Suggestion/System] Intelligent Grouping for Frontlines

In the one Frontlines I did, the alliances I was in were horribly unbalanced. One alliance had 2 tanks 6DPS, one alliance had 1 tank, 7 DPS, and the 3rd had like 5 healers and 3 DPS.

Now, is there any way for the system to intelligently group people up based on their jobs? Could the system group people up based on the 2 tank/2 healer/4 DPS formula? Now, healers CAN heal people from other alliances, but they can't buff them (as far as I know. Exception would be pre-made groups of course.

Just for fun, has anyone actually made it in a Frontlines match with an unbalanced Alliance, like 7 DPS 1 healer?

My first or second frontlines had 2 healers. Out of 24 people.

We won though, so it's fine. As for wanting the system to force 2 tank/2 healer/4 dps, all that will do is slow down queues even more.

No no no, it would destroy the que times. That is why they allow you to change class/jobs at the spawn points. There's no such thing as "balanced" anyway. Depending on the players' skill, any team setup could work. Just because you see 2 healers and 2 tanks in a team, doesn't mean they're any good at pvp. I've solo healed almost all of my Frontlines parties with no problem. I've also seen a team of all tanks do well (PLDs were spamming stoneskin when they could, and WAR/MRDs were just plowing through everything).

You can change jobs at a staging point? Well darn, I feel like an idiot lol.
