If you have a registration code and it's not taking, I'd call customer support. There's not much anyone here can do for you, other than to suggest clicking on the button that says "Add Windows Service." But I also assume that means buying a new registration code. Did he manually register the code before? Or has it gone unused, and now it's suddenly taken?

Yeah when we clicked on that, it wants a registration code. I figured since they were closed for tonight that someone on here might know the answer but I guess I could do a chat with them tomorrow and ask for a new registration code.


I've reinstalled many times and it's possible to skip the registration code step. Can't recall if it was on the code page itself that you just cancel or skip, but it is on one of those pages.
Hmmm looking at that screenshoot it only seems like the beta service is enabled and nothing else...
You sure he bought the game and not only played during the beta?(game was released august 27th) - looking at that with no characters I would assume it was pre final beta since those chars should show up...


Sorry I could't reply sooner, was getting late where I am. From your screenshot, you don't have a game registered to that account on any platform (PC, PS3, PS4) and need a valid registration code. Since the one you paid for seems to have been used, you will have to contact the people you purchased it from. This is going to be a bit tedious I imagine. The distributor will most likely send you to SE and SE will most likely send you to the distributor.

It's okay I finally got through to chat support this morning and the account listed in the picture actually doesn't even exist. They told us that this was all wrong and gave us the correct sign in ID for the account and sure enough after changing this password, we got in and added a form of payment and subbed now, he's downloading all of the updates to the game and should be ready to play tonight. I'm sorry for all the headache this caused everyone on this fourm!thank you again for helping us! see you soon!
