While a feature much like this already exists for the development environment, it’s currently not in a form that can be utilized by the general populous and it would require a heavy amount of adjustments so that it can be easily operated. Due to the fact that this would take quite a bit of time to test, we do not have any plans at the moment to add a feature such as this.

I'm curious about what exactly is making it ok for devs but "not easily utilizable" for the players. I would really like it looked into because yes, it's something that's missing from the game. Heck, even an out-of-game (like actual character creation), stripped down version would be awesome at this point, with emotes and different sceneries for backgrounds.

Every feature added to the game must be designed and tested to make sure it can't be exploited in a way that upsets the balance of the game. Would you want an RMT botter to have the power of a GM?
