can we have a differnt UI for skills

any1 hate having a tool bar that you just press a number to use skills? i played FF11 and hated this idea so much i never used macros i loved targeting the monsters opening my menu going to magic or att or skill and doing what needed to be done and with the f1-6 healing was easy so i never needed macros and never conformed to them becuase i hated 1234567890

im not saying get rid of the bar but can we have something different im not even saying like FF11's but not a damn bar

im not even saying bars are bad XD but maybe some ppl ( like me lol) just dont like action bars

Tbh though what is more final fantasy a skill bar or an actual menu that organizes att skills ect.. ect.

EDIT: im not complaining about the lag but i just the only way to use a skill is 1234567890 and just having another option on using the skills
