There are two trivial ones requiring speaking to the guys behind the counter. So if the R50 dungeon had his own quest too, that would make 6?

that is correct, though for raid quests (Imperial Devices, Into the Dark) you can't have the same two quests from two nations in your journal at once. Must first complete one to make it available in other nations.
