Yup. This needs to change, its pretty ridiculous.
Elite bills should be S rank and random for each person. SE said it wouldn't be a claim system but it may as well be. Everyone on the server all trying to down the same monster. If you aren't at the spot it spawns at and part of a group - don't even bother trying., you won't get credit.
Why they thought this would work is beyond me. I know it's early days but I don't see how it will ease off with time, people are still going to be contesting the same billed mark.
On my server now you also have bellends trolling the area shouting out fake coordinates wasting peoples time. Its not fun at all.

Though I'm not a victim of this, I zoned into Coerthas the other night and saw people arguing over someone doing this lol. (On Hyperion)
