Turning off cleric stance. Macro?

Is there a macro that turns off cleric stance? If not it should be an inbuilt ability.

Sometimes key presses don't register. If you need cleric stance to turn off fast you really don't want to spam it, for reasons that should be obvious to anyone who has used it.

It makes turning it on a little nerve wracking. What if you can't turn it off in an unexpected 'oops' moment? And lets face it we all have them...

Anyway, any suggestions for a macro?

I don't think there is a way to specifically just turn off Cleric Stance, since it's a toggle, where activating the skill turns it off if it is on, or on if it is off etc.

Best bet is if you don't feel you can risk it, leave it off. If you know there will be a time of respite, turn it on and DPS. It would be useful if there was a command to check what active buffs you have, but I would imagine that would go a step too far in automating gameplay opposed to macro's just making things easier.

I just have it in front of my DoTs on my Quickslots. My basic use is , mob is almost dead, I cast stoneskin on the tank, once that is done I pop Cleric. Once tank pulls new mobs I start to DoT them, once DoT placement is done I turn Clerics off and cast regen. Sometimes I cast regen while I am placing DoT's, it's weaker yes but something is better than nothing. Then once DoT's are on I remove Clerics and go back into heal mode starting with the stronger Regen.

There's no way to make a macro to turn on/off CS automatically. Reason being it would have to have a /wait time and if you were to use any other ability (ie dps spells) it would break that /wait time and basically nullify the CS macro. If it were possible you would simply do:

/macroicon "Cleric's Stance"
/ac "Cleric's Stance" <me>
/wait (#)
/ac "Cleric's Stance <me>

You're better off toggling it on/off yourself. Stance Dancing is a great skill to master.

This way, Cleric Stance will turn on when you need it and turn off after you are done attacking. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it has made it much easier.

Would that work? I don't think you can hit CS again until it comes around, so you'd need a delay there, though I don't know what it would be. It's not a long delay, but you can't even manually click CS and click it again immediately.

That was just a generic macro example to show you what I was talking about. You would have to put in your /waits to make it actually work ingame.
