Our Slogan - Progression is all about enjoying wiping with friends. Our player base is filled with veteran MMO raiders, families, casual oriented players, and those of us that have the best of both worlds. We have raid groups that meet each of these needs respectively, and work to make sure all of our players get their needs met.

Expectations:

• Good attitude - We have a no drama tolerance policy, within the FC and with other players/FC's
• Player Skill - If you're only alright, cool! If you're willing to learn, we will teach you so you can be amazing!
• Consistency - Be consistent in what you do. Show up to raids on time, be to our events on time. Your skill level should be constant as well, and grow over time.
• Active - Be active. That means be on more than just log on, raid, and rush off.

We do have quite a few players that actually play and raid that late. If you're available for an interview, message either myself, Moriyo Miyomi, Kiona Lynaer, Myu Myu, Sir Trolond, King Yama, Gunnar Aravic, Elira Windchaser, or Dracien White. In general, just look for a Tri tag and you'll get pointed in the right way.

Yama would only black list you if you've joined his farm parties and performed sub-par in the runs. He's very strict when it comes to EX farm parties.

Do you have any statics working on turn 9 that may need a whm? i105 with experience in the last phase.

I have one static clearing and one on T9 P4, but both are full currently. I would take a look at Shiva, I know for a fact that there is a T9 progression group at 46% looking for a White Mage.

Hi Rez, I recently applied on the website and I'm waiting for an accept or deny. Any information you can give me, I would be thankfull. I'm currently iLevel 100 whm and i91 brd. I am active 4 days a week and work the other 3 days.

We're going to be re-evaluating our application process and interview questions this Sunday during our weekly leadership meeting because we've had such a large influx on members. You will not be interviewing until at least late night Sunday due to this.
