It's a non-issue really. At what time where you close enough in battle where you could destinguish whom is whom, or even what they're wearing? Or at what point hasnt it been such a chaotic thing that you could see what job people are even on?

I'd actually welcome people in nothing but Snowman suits. I'd love it. The new name above their heads shows you what class/job they are now regardless.
